"He who does not feel his friends to be the world to him, does not deserve that the world should hear of him."
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
We all know about patience. We all know about kindness. We all know about charity, and love, and humility, etc. But I think we sometimes forget about loyalty.
I personally think one of my best attributes is my loyalty and I am fiercely proud of it. To be loyal is liken to be true to someone or something. And if you are true to a belief, a cause is being true to yourself and your own way of life. And that's important because then it shows who you really are as a person. You stick to what you believe and that's all that matters.
Unfortunately, the downside about loyalty is that people DO take advantage of it. And it's really sad that a principle like that can be taken so lightly.
I am loyal. I am. That's why I suffered in a lot of my relationships and my friendships. But with my sufferings, I also gained a lot of friends and confidence amongst others.
My loyalty to Jay Chou, or to Andy Roddick, or to my friends or my family or the "love of my life", or to a way I am (brands, foods, lifestyle) is not by accident by decades in the making and in the following. That really makes who I am.
And that's most important.

Drained Out
It really has been forever since my last update and rightly so. I have been so swamped in school with tests and projects I feel like I haven't slept in years.
Even when I was working in the hotel line or in Police force, the long hard shifts even to the night feel managable. But when it comes to school is like non-stop hits. It actually feels more tiring than work is.
I just can't wait for the holidays to come but till then, I hope I can survive.

THE GREEN HORNET 2011!
Truth be told, I never knew the existence of 'The Green Hornet' till I heard Jay Chou was going to star in his first official Hollywood film. And yes I do admit, the only reason why I really went to watch the movie initially was because my *ahem* "brother" Jay Chou (LOL! kidding!) was in it.
So 01 Febuary 2011 @ 2110 hours with some of the gang (Nabs, Jo, Edwin, Az) watched at Cineleisure and we weren't sure how we were going to take the movie. We came out getting our money worth. It was a KICKASS, HILARIOUS movie (though it is a little, sick in certain parts of the movie without trying to go into much details. sick as in how they kill some of the villians in the movie, is almost as Austin Powers comical but gross mixture. Story plot, well when you pay $8/- to see this movie, you really aren't looking for the best storyline or plot to be honest. This isn't 'The King's Speech' or 'Black Swan'. But its humor is enough to get your money's worth). And I can actually understand what Jay was saying throughout the movie; must be because I listen to his music so much I can hear his mumbles (Az kept asking what he said what he said). His English is not that bad, just weird thats all. And they acutally used '雙截棍' as the ending credits of the movie; btw that's one of Jay's famous and best songs from his 2nd album "Fantasy", namely "Nanchuks" in English. Anyways this is a MUST SEE movie.
Btw, I didn't know Bruce Lee played the role of Kato (Jay Chou's character) in the "Green Hornet" TV series in the late 60's. Awesome. Jay Chou did bring ASIAN pride to the film.
And can I get the 'Black Beauty' for my self too? It's a much better car haha! Throw in the coffee mixer as well.
Anyways, 03/02/2011! Wishing all my friends the happiest of New Year's and hope the year of the Rabbit (my year!) brings all great health, wealth and an abundance of blessings!
